Boats - All lakes are equipped with a small boat for each parties exclusive use (1 boat for Eagle Lake & Peter's Pool) Although boats are not really necessary as you can walk around to bait-up each swim, you can use the boat for baiting up or for rowing the rigs out if you wish.
Bait boats are welcome at Etangs De Breton. Chargers can be plugged into the mains in the mobile homes(s)
Unhooking Mats - Each swim will be equipped with a large unhooking mat which should be used. This also saves space as it will not be necessary to take your own.
Toilets - There is an English flush toilet on each site.
Shower - washing facilities - Each lake has its own shower. The shower at Birch is in the outbuilding whilst on Poplars it is in the mobile home. On Eagle & Peter's this in the chalet.
Barbecue Equipment - Each lake has its own barbecue and furniture.
Car Park - All cars must be parked in the designated car parks.
Storage Space/Fridge - Each lake has a fridge freezer/bait freezer.
Drinking Water/Water - Although there is running water on site, we do not recommend you drink it. Please bring your own drinking water. Drinking water can also be purchased locally from all supermarkets in 5 litre containers for under a Euro (64p).

 The chalet on Birch has recently undergone an extensive upgrade and extension and has been re-clad externally and internally in wood panelling. It now provides comfortable accommodation for the small family and is only a couple of yards from the water's edge.

The chalet has mains electricity and hot and cold running water and comprises one bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker and oven, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer and storage cupboards. The living/dining area provides a double bed-settee, tables and chairs, TV with DVD, CD player etc.

The bathroom has a shower, English toilet and wash basin. There is a barbecue area right outside the mobile home complete with garden furniture, overlooking the shallows.

Mobile Home - Poplars

The mobile home features two bedrooms one double and two small bunk-type beds, bathroom with toilet, shower etc, a well-kitted out kitchen and lounge area. The mobile home has mains electric, TV/DVD etc. Poplars Pond can only be fished by Poplars anglers - this is to ensure Poplars clients privacy in the main.

Chalet - Eagle Lake and Peter's Pool

In the chalet is a hot water shower, English flush toilet, fridge, bait freezer, cooker and mains electric.
Shopping - Although off the beaten track, there are local shops, bars and restaurants within five minutes drive of Breton at Le Pertre, and a good shop within two minutes drive at La Gravelle. The big, historic French cities of Laval and Vitre are just fifteen minutes away.
Tackle Storage - Tackle Storage - In order to keep the mobile homes clean and tidy we would appreciate if you would not store tackle and bait inside them. Please use the tackle storage facilities provided.
 

Orchard Lake - facilities

The accommodation is just a few yards from the double swim on the dam wall, and consists of a small log cabin which overlooks the lake with one en-suite bedroom.

The cabin consists of a very comfortable main living area with kitchen area and a living area and contains: double bed settee/sofa, mains electricity, gas cooker, microwave, TV/DVD, CD/radio, hot and cold water, sink, dining table and chairs, fridge/freezer, storage cupboards. The bedroom - which has a separate entrance - has two single beds suitable for normal sized adults or children, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom, with a hot water shower, English toilet and small sink.

There is a gravel patio surrounding the cabin with a gas barbecue (small 10 euro a week fee for use) and garden furniture.

The cabin is suitable for two anglers, a couple or a small family. It is not suitable for larger parties. Anglers can fish from the main cabin area only during daylight hours (with a remote) but not at night.

Parking is right by the cabin. Large unhooking mats and a small one man boat is also provided as on all our lakes for baiting up/rowing out rigs etc..
